Veteran Services

At Carolina Health and Hearing, we are proud to serve our nation’s honored veterans by providing comprehensive medical exams to include Compensation & Pension (C&P), Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), and U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM). Our experienced team of providers conducts evaluations in audiology, general medicine, psychology, and optometry. Each exam is designed to carefully document health conditions and their impact on daily life, ensuring veterans and service members receive accurate and comprehensive assessments.

Audiology

Tinnitus and hearing loss are the number one and number two most common injuries for veterans returning from battle. Our audiologists provide detailed evaluations of hearing loss, tinnitus, and related concerns, documenting how these conditions affect daily life for C&P, RHRP, and MEPCOM evaluations.

General Medicine

Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provide medical assessments that capture overall health concerns, reviewing history and current conditions to ensure accurate records for disability determinations for C&P and RHRP evaluations.

Psychology

Our Clinical Psychologists provide comprehensive mental health evaluations for veterans, assessing symptoms, daily functioning, and overall well-being. We address a range of conditions, including PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and depression, while recognizing the unique challenges veterans may face in their daily lives. Our goal is to provide thorough assessments that document each veteran’s mental health journey.

Optometry

Our Optometrists provide comprehensive optometry exams, including vision testing, evaluation of eye conditions and scarring, and visual field assessments, ensuring precise documentation for veterans’ C&P exams.
